The two French and Paris-Region based Technology & Innovation clusters ASTech and Systematic have joined forces to open a hub for their corporate members in India. Greater Paris CCI Indian desk and IFCCI act as ASTech and Systematic local representation in India with the aim to facilitate business and R&D partnerships in India, give value added information and services to ASTech and Systematic members, promote ASTech and Systematic members in India and create a brand visibility, in liaison with the Science & Technology Department, French Embassy in India. The hub serves as a privileged gateway and business accelerator for companies, especially SMEs, interested in the numerous opportunities offered by the Indian market in Aeronautics, Space Technologies, and Software & Digital Technologies. ASTech and Systematic India Hub is based in Mumbai and coordinated in India by the Greater Paris CCI Indian desk. IFCCI’s premises in New Delhi, Chennai and the upcoming Bengaluru office are also available for ASTech and Systematic members.

Created in July 2007, ASTech Paris Region is a Technology & Innovation cluster with more than 280 key players including large groups, small to medium-sized enterprises, training and/or research institutions, partners and regional authorities representing nearly 85 000 jobs in the Aeronautics & Space sector. SYSTEMATIC PARIS REGION, a Technology & Innovation cluster brings together more than 700 key players in the Paris region working in the field of software and digital technologies for industry and services and focusing on markets with a strong societal dimension. Based on 6 key areas - Automotive & Transport, Free and Open Source Software, Digital Trust & Security, Smart Energy Management, Systems Design and Development Tools, Telecoms - the goal of the cluster is to develop the regional economy and boost competitiveness by leveraging innovation, training and partnership opportunities. Since 2005, Systematic has developed 460 R&D projects representing a total R&D investment of 2.2 billion Euros including 806 million Euros funded by the French Government, its economic development agencies and the Paris-Region local authorities

This cluster has conceptualized a portfolio of 19 innovative products proposed by its member companies. The portfolio contains selected products that are the outcome of dedicated R&D projects. The products are designed for several strategic markets and have been shortlisted taking into consideration the requirements of the Indian market.
